PetDesk is a free, private, personal health webpage providing access to your pet’s health records 24/7. It also allows you to reach us more easily and conveniently.

PetDesk allows you to:

  • View upcoming appointments and request a new appointment

  • View your pet's prescription history and details

  • Request prescription refills

  • Receive reminders for pet care

  • Access information about our practice

  • Easily manage recurring pet care tasks

  • View and print your pets vaccine history

  • And more!

Please note that PetDesk is only available to current AVC clients and not all PetDesk features are fully available to current clients that frequently attend the Blind River location (i.e. signature on vaccine certificates). PetDesk is NOT to be used for emergency situations as we are only able to view our texts/emails periodically.

Please also be sure to include in the notes section which location you would like to attend (Desbarats or Blind River) when requesting for refills or appointments.

How Do I Sign Up?

​Download the PetDesk app for free from the Apple App Store or get it on Google Play. Make sure to use the email that our clinic has on record when you sign up. If we do not have your email, please contact us so we can have it on file.

Do I Need a Separate Account for Each Pet?

No! Your PetDesk page will show you the health information for each pet that has an active file in your account. Remember, in order to have an active account, your pet must have visited our hospital.
